New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA registered proprietor of land comprised in a qualified folio of the Register who has knowledge of a subsisting interest that affects that land and is not recorded in that folio and who, without having lodged a memorandum as provided in section 28K, creates or disposes of or otherwise deals with any estate or interest in land so affected or applies for the cancellation of a caution shall be guilty of an indictable offence and shall be liable therefor to the penalty or punishment provided by section 141 (1).
