RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 111

Register of interface agreements

111 Register of interface agreements

(1) A rail transport operator must maintain a register of--
(a) interface agreements to which it is a party; and
(b) arrangements determined by the Regulator under section 110,
that are applicable to the operator's railway operations.
: Maximum penalty--
(a) in the case of an individual--$5 000;
(b) in the case of a body corporate--$25 000.
(2) A road manager must maintain a register of--
(a) interface agreements to which it is a party; and
(b) arrangements determined by the Regulator under section 110,
that are applicable to any road in relation to which it is the road manager.
: Maximum penalty--
(a) in the case of an individual--$5 000;
(b) in the case of a body corporate--$25 000.
