Exemptions from operation of Act
12 Exemptions from operation of Act
(1) The regulations may exempt from the operation of this Act or the
regulations or any specified provision of this Act or the regulations any
specified person, agreement or premises or any specified class of persons,
agreements or premises.
(2) An exemption may be unconditional or subject to
conditions.
