RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 142
Application of Division
142 Application of Division
(1) This Division applies only in respect of
residential premises in a retirement village that are the subject of a
residence contract under which the resident is not entitled to any repayment
of his or her ingoing contribution, or other payment, on termination of the
contract.
(2) However, this Division does not apply in respect of
residential premises that are occupied by a resident who is a
registered interest holder in respect of the premises.
