27 Release of information by Auditor-General

Section 38 (Secrecy) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 does not apply to or in respect of a report or communication that the Treasurer authorises the Auditor-General to make to a person for the purposes of the authorised transaction or for the purposes of the audit (before or after the completion of the authorised transaction) of records relating to Pillar assets transferred pursuant to the authorised transaction.
