STRATA SCHEMES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 101
Registration of strata management statement and amendment
(1) The Registrar-General may register a strata management statement or an
amendment of a strata management statement by recording the statement or
amendment in the Register.
(2) The Registrar-General may refuse to register a
strata management statement or an amendment of a strata management statement
if the application for registration does not comply with a requirement of this
Act or the regulations.
(3) The Registrar-General may register a
strata management statement for a building and its site at any time part of
the building is included in a part strata parcel but is not the subject of a
strata management statement.
