STRATA SCHEMES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 109

109 Obligation of lessee to comply with particular management statements

In a lease of a lot or common property in a strata scheme that is part of a community scheme, an agreement by the lessee to comply with the following is implied--

(a) the community management statement under the Community Land Development Act 2021 for the community scheme,

(b) if the strata scheme is also part of a precinct scheme under the Community Land Development Act 2021 --the precinct management statement under that Act for the precinct scheme.
