Notice of decision to establish committee
162 Notice of decision to establish committee
(1) If a strata renewal committee is established for a strata scheme, the
secretary of the owners corporation must, within 14 days after it is
established, give written notice of the decision to the owner of each lot in
the scheme.
(2) The notice must include the information prescribed by the
regulations.
