New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA charge or fee for water, sewerage, drainage or effluent services, other than a stormwater management service within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 , rendered in relation to a parcel or part of a parcel otherwise than exclusively for the use and benefit of a particular lot--
(a) must be worked out as if any rates in relation to the lots comprised in the parcel were payable by the owners corporation as the rateable person under the Local Government Act 1993 for the parcel, and
(b) is payable by the owners corporation.
