TRUSTEE ACT 1925 - SECT 84
Sale of minor's property
84 Sale of minor's property
(1) Where any property is held in trust for a minor, the Court may authorise
the trustee to sell the whole or any part of the property.
(2) The authority
shall be given on such terms and subject to such provisions and conditions as
the Court may think fit.
(3) The Court may confer upon the trustee such
powers as appear necessary or proper for the purpose, including power to
concur with any other person.
(4) This section applies whether the trust is
for the minor solely or together with any other person, and whether the
interest of the minor is or is not in possession.
(5) This section applies to
trusts created either before or after the commencement of this Act.
