TOTALIZATOR ACT 1997 - SECT 51
Surrender of licence
51 Surrender of licence
(1) A licensee may surrender the licensee's licence
by giving notice in writing to the Minister. If the licence is held by more
than one licensee, all licensees must surrender the licence.
(2) The
surrender takes effect only if the Minister consents to the surrender.
