TEACHING SERVICE ACT 1980 - SECT 49
Appointment of retired officers
49 Appointment of retired officers
(1) The Secretary may appoint an officer who has been retired from the
Teaching Service or whose services have been dispensed with under section 72
to a vacant position in the Teaching Service.
(2) An appointment under this
section may be made without examination or probation.
