TEACHING SERVICE ACT 1980 - SECT 78

78 Vacation of position

An officer of the Teaching Service shall be deemed to have vacated the officer's position if:

(a) the officer dies, or

(b) the officer resigns the officer's position by writing signed by the officer and delivered to the Secretary and the officer's resignation is accepted by the Secretary.
