Repeal of Gaming and Betting Act 1912 and regulations under that Act
60 Repeal of Gaming and Betting Act 1912 and regulations under that Act
(1) The Gaming and Betting Act 1912 is repealed.
(2) The following
regulations are repealed- (a) Gaming and Betting (General) Regulation 1991 ,
(b) Gaming and Betting (Racecourse Licensing) Regulation 1996 .
