Certain events not to cause or permit termination of Agreement
8 Certain events not to cause or permit termination of Agreement
(1) The Agreement may contain provisions to the effect that it is neither
terminated by, nor terminable by reference to, external events specified or
described in the Agreement. Such a provision has effect according to its
tenor.
(2) The Agreement may (but need not) limit the operation of such a
provision.
