New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere a lease in writing of any land contains a condition that the lessee shall pay any portion of the rates or taxes imposed on such land, the lessor shall, on the request in writing of the Valuer-General, furnish the Valuer-General with a certified copy of such lease, and if the lessor fails so to furnish such copy the lessor shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 2 penalty units for each such failure.
