VALUATION OF LAND ACT 1916 - SECT 82
Penalties
82 Penalties
(1) A regulation made under this Act may provide a penalty not
exceeding 1 penalty unit for the breach thereof.
(2) A person who contravenes
any provision of this Act is (except where a penalty is specifically provided)
liable to a penalty not exceeding 1 penalty unit.
