WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 143

143 Contravening order made to deal with dispute

A person must not contravene an order under section 142 (3).

: WHS civil penalty provision.
Maximum penalty--

(a) in the case of an individual--115 penalty units, or

(b) in the case of a body corporate--575 penalty units.
