WORKPLACE INJURY MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1998 - SECT 300
Offence of failure to comply with interim payment direction
A person who fails to comply with an interim payment direction is guilty of an
offence.
: Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
