Ministerial directions about rules
172 Ministerial directions about rules
(1) The Minister may, by notice in
writing to a corporation, direct the corporation to comply with, or cease to
contravene, the rules of the corporation.
(2) The notice may direct the
corporation to take specified action or to cease to take specified action.
(3) A corporation must not contravene a direction under this section. : Tier 2
penalty.
