WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 382
Staff of Trust
382 Staff of Trust
(1) The Trust may, with the approval of the Minister,
arrange for the use of the services of any staff or facilities of a Public
Service agency or public authority.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, a
person whose services are made use of under this section is an officer of the
Trust.
