General requirement for safe keeping of prohibited weapons
32A General requirement for safe keeping of prohibited weapons
A person who possesses a prohibited weapon must take all reasonable
precautions to ensure--
(a) its safe keeping, and
(b) that it is not stolen
or lost, and
(c) that it does not come into the possession of a person who is
not authorised to possess the weapon.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units or
imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
