WESTERN SYDNEY UNIVERSITY ACT 1997 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation, except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) Divisions 1 and 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to this Act commence on the date of assent to this Act.
