New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsAs soon as practicable after the printing of the ballot papers for a poll, the returning officer must send to each person included in the final roll for the poll:
(a) for each vote to which the person is entitled, a ballot paper that is initialled by the returning officer (or by a person authorised by the returning officer) or that bears an official mark together with a blank unsealed envelope (the
"inner envelope" ), and
(b) a large unsealed envelope addressed to the returning officer and bearing on the back the words "FULL NAME AND ADDRESS OF VOTER" and "SIGNATURE OF VOTER", together with appropriate spaces for the insertion of a name, address and signature (the
"outer envelope" ).
