AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY SERVICES REGULATION 2015 - REG 35
Scrutineers
35 Scrutineers
(1) Any person who has an interest in the outcome of a poll may apply in
writing to the returning officer to be a scrutineer.
(2) The
returning officer may appoint such an applicant as a scrutineer.
(3) The
returning officer may appoint as many persons as scrutineers as the
returning officer believes are necessary to ensure the proper scrutiny of the
poll.
