AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY SERVICES REGULATION 2015 - REG 40
Postponement of close of nominations
(1) The returning officer may postpone the close of nominations for a period
not exceeding 14 days by a notice published in the same manner as the notice
of election.
(2) The power conferred on the returning officer by this clause
may be exercised more than once in respect of an election.
