50 Qualifications for voting

(1) A person is qualified to vote in an election if the person belongs to the class of primary producers for which the committee concerned is constituted, as set out in the committee's foundation regulation.

(2) This clause does not entitle a person (whether in the person's own capacity or in the person's capacity as nominee) to vote in any election more times than the person's voting entitlement allows.
