ARCHITECTS REGULATION 2017 - REG 12

12 Professional misconduct

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of
"professional misconduct" in section 32 of the Act, conduct of an architect that involves a substantial or consistent failure to reach reasonable standards of competence and diligence as an architect is declared to be professional misconduct.
