New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council shall not consent to the carrying out of development on land within 60 metres of the boundary of any land which is or on which there is an item of environmental heritage unless it has made an assessment of the effect which the carrying out of that development will have on the historic, scientific, cultural, social, archaeological, architectural, natural or aesthetic significance of the item of environmental heritage and its setting.
