BALLINA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2012 - REG 1.3

1.3 Land to which Plan applies

(1) This Plan applies to the land identified on the Land Application Map .

(1A) Despite subclause (1), this Plan does not apply to the land identified as "Deferred matter" on the Land Application Map .
