Interfering with results of test

128 Interfering with results of test

A person who does anything to introduce, or alter the concentration of, alcohol or any prohibited drug in a juvenile justice officer's breath or blood or other biological material, before the officer undergoes a test under Division 2 of Part 4A of the Act, is guilty of an offence if the person does so for the purpose of preventing or restricting the use of the results of the test in any disciplinary procedure involving a contravention of this Part.

: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
