CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) REGULATION 2015 - REG 28

28 Visits by Official Visitor and Ombudsman

A detainee may at any time be visited by any of the following--

(a) the Official Visitor for the detention centre,

(b) officers of the New South Wales Ombudsman,

(c) the Inspector of Custodial Services.
