CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) REGULATION 2015 - REG 75
Allegations of misbehaviour
75 Allegations of misbehaviour
(1) An allegation that a detainee is guilty of misbehaviour may be made,
orally or in writing, to the centre manager.
(2) An oral allegation must be
recorded in writing by the centre manager.
