Maintenance of physical well-being of detainees
9 Maintenance of physical well-being of detainees
(1) A detainee must be supplied with adequate and wholesome food.
(2) A
detainee must be afforded reasonable opportunities to participate in healthy
exercise and sporting, recreational and leisure activities.
