CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) REGULATION 2015 - REG 92
Parole orders
(1) A parole order must be in writing in a form approved by the Minister.
(2)
A copy of the order is to be given to the juvenile offender, and further
copies are to be sent to the following persons-- (a) the centre manager of the
detention centre in which the juvenile offender is kept,
(b) the Secretary.
(3) Copies of the order sent to the centre manager of the detention centre
are, if practicable, to be sent so as to arrive at the detention centre at or
before the time the juvenile offender arrives.
