this Part--
"Class 1" means the class of jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court
specified in the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 , section 17.
"Class 2" means the class of jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court
specified in the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 , section 18.
"Class 3" means the class of jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court
specified in the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 , section 19.
"Class 4" means the class of jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court
specified in the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 , section 20.
"Class 8" means the class of jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court
