CRIMINAL PROCEDURE REGULATION 2017 - REG 110

110 Suspension or revocation of inclusion of witness intermediaries on panel

The Secretary of the Department in which the Act is administered may--

(a) suspend or revoke the inclusion of a person on a panel under the Act, section 294M, or

(b) make the inclusion subject to conditions, or

(c) vary or revoke any condition of inclusion or impose additional conditions on inclusion.
