New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe matters relating to the criminal history of a person that the Regulatory Authority must have regard to under section 13(1)(c)(i) of the Law are--
(a) if the participating jurisdiction has a working with children law, whether the person--(i) holds a current working with children card or working with children check issued under that law; or(ii) is a registered teacher under an education law of that jurisdiction; and
(b) except in the case of an application made to the Queensland Regulatory Authority, any matters included in a criminal history record check.
