EDUCATION AND CARE SERVICES NATIONAL REGULATIONS - REG 33

33 Annual fees

The approved provider of an education and care service must pay the relevant prescribed annual fee for the service approval on or before 1 July in each year.

Note: Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 6.3 provide for the calculation of prescribed annual fees.
