EDUCATION AND CARE SERVICES NATIONAL REGULATIONS - REG 9

9 Prescribed entities

For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition of
"person" in section 5(1) of the Law, the following are prescribed entities--

(a) the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia;

(b) a body politic.
