Delegation of Minister's functions--the Act, s 90
72 Delegation of Minister's functions--the Act, s 90
For the Act, section 90, the following persons are authorised--
(a) the chief
executive officer of the Corporation,
(b) the Secretary of the Department of
Planning and Environment.
