28 Exemption relating to supervision of electrical wiring work--the Act, s
140(2)(k)
A qualified supervisor is exempt from the requirements of the Act, section
14(4)(b) when supervising electrical wiring work if the qualified supervisor
supervises the work in accordance with the Supervision Practice Standard.
