48 Exercise of powers at crime scenes--prescribed rural areas

For the purposes of section 92(3) of the Act, the following Police Districts (as determined by the Commissioner of Police under clause 4 of the Police Regulation 2015 and in force immediately before 30 March 2018) are prescribed as rural areas--

(a) Barrier Police District,

(b) Central North Police District,

(c) Central West Police District,

(d) Chifley Police District,

(e) The Hume Police District,

(f) Monaro Police District,

(g) Murray River Police District,

(h) Murrumbidgee Police District,

(i) New England Police District,

(j) Orana Mid-Western Police District,

(k) Oxley Police District,

(l) Riverina Police District,

(m) South Coast Police District.
