50 Use of drug detection dogs in authorised places--prescribed bus routes

For the purposes of section 148(1)(c) of the Act, the following public passenger vehicle routes are prescribed--

(a) the Albury route, being the bus route that is--

(i) between Albury and Sydney, and

(ii) via Goulburn and the Hume Highway,

(b) the Grafton route, being the bus route that is--

(i) between Grafton and Sydney, and

(ii) via Kempsey and the Pacific Highway.
