MAITLAND LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2011 - REG 7.5

7.5 Significant extractive resources

(1) The objective of this clause is to identify land that is the location of significant resources of minerals, petroleum or extractive materials for the purposes of State Environmental Planning Policy (Resources and Energy) 2021 , section 2.19.

(2) The land identified as "Identified resource" on the Mineral Resource Area Map is the land to which State Environmental Planning Policy (Resources and Energy) 2021 , section 2.19 applies.
