New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsSection 63 of the Act does not apply if the indication, offer or invitation referred to in section 63 (3) of the Act is made under an agreement between licensees to share any commission, fee, gain or reward in respect of the sale and section 63 of the Act is complied with in respect of the indication, offer or invitation when made by the licensee with whom the person on behalf of whom the agent is acting has entered into an agency agreement.
