ROAD RULES 2014 - REG 245-1
NSW rule: riding a bicycle negligently, furiously or recklessly
245-1 NSW rule: riding a bicycle negligently, furiously or recklessly
(1)
The rider of a bicycle must not ride the bicycle-- (a) negligently, or
(b)
furiously, or
(c) recklessly.
: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) An
offence against subrule (1) is not a strict liability offence.
Note : This
rule is an additional NSW road rule. There is no corresponding rule in the
Australian Road Rules .
