ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) REGULATION 2017 - REG 120

120 Failure to return driver licence to TfNSW

(cf 2008 Reg cl 115)
The holder of a driver licence who fails to return a driver licence to Transport for NSW when required by or in accordance with this Regulation to do so is guilty of an offence.

: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
