ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE REGISTRATION) REGULATION 2017 - REG 123O

123O Provision of information to TfNSW by a self-insurer

The following information is prescribed as the information that must be provided under section 104J(2) of the Act to Transport for NSW in respect of each notifiable heavy vehicle that is disposed of to a motor vehicle recycler by a self-insurer--

(a) the identification details of the vehicle,

(b) the heavy vehicle damage details relevant to the vehicle,

(c) the date on which the vehicle was disposed of to the motor vehicle recycler,

(d) the personal details of the self-insurer and, if the information is provided to Transport for NSW by another person, the personal details of that person,

(e) the date on which the information is provided.
