(1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2007 , had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.
(2) If a provision of this Regulation requires something to be done by or in relation to the registered operator of a registrable vehicle and there is more than one registered operator, the requirement applies to or in relation to each of the registered operators unless Transport for NSW approves otherwise.Note--: Joint registration of vehicles is in the process of being phased out by Transport for NSW.
